JL is a Brazilian based company which manufactures and supplies self-adhesive labels, security labels, custom made die cut parts and ribbons. We offer UL recognized labels and our Quality Management System has been certified for ISO 9001:2008 and for ISO TS 16949:2009. Since 1972 we have been working closely with our customers in order to develop tailored solutions to their requirements. Our customer base spans across most industry sectors and includes many of the top global brands located in North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

   

Self-adhesive die cut parts:
Gaskets, shims, insulators, spacers, pads, protectors and shock absorbers produced from a wide range of products such as rubber, expanded PVC, polyester, neoprene, felt, fiber and foam

Security labels:
Tamper evident labels, destructible labels and hologram labels

Promotional labels:
Tags, stickers and displays

Thermal transfer labels:
blank labels, variable data printing, barcode labels, QR code, 2D barcodes

Pressure sensitive labels manufactured from a wide range of sizes, adhesives and materials such as polyester, polycarbonate, vinyl, PVC, BOPP, acetate, synthetic paper, special papers and aluminum

Thermal transfer ribbons: wax, wax/resin and resin

 
JL Brasil operates at an environmentally friendly facility which was built with several enhancements in order to improve overall sustainability, including:

• An Effluent Treatment System on-site that allows a significant proportion of industrial wastewater to be reused.
• A significant reduction in the amount of fresh water used to operate the facility: tanks throughout the site collect rain water which is used for the company’s cooling operations and bathrooms.
• The use of solar power for electricity reduction.
• The utilization of natural light that reduces the use of lighting in factory.
• The use of environmentally friendly raw materials (RoHS and REACH compliant).
